Hi, I’m Laura

Bachelors + Post Graduate Diploma in Human Nutrition and Health Sciences 

With over 13 years of experience in the health industry, both in New Zealand & in Europe, I'm here to support your journey to wellness.

Originally an Operating Theatre Nurse, I witnessed an enormity of preventable health issues coupled with an absence of adequate nutrition and lifestyle advice. I found this pattern both frustrating & unsustainable, driving my passion for improving nutrition & wellness services.

As a mother of three, young children, I have experienced how motherhood can impact our health & our body’s biochemistry greatly.

I have researched in depth how women’s health is so closely associated with the foods we consume and the nutrients both present and absent from our plates.

Specialising in female hormone balance & gut health, I help women with their weight management & digestion, improving energy levels, mood, stress & sleep support, cycle health, fertility, peri/menopause, as well as thyroid & sex hormone conditions like PCOS.

I offer a virtual clinic service as well as tailored & specialised guides & plans to help you feel your best, everyday.

  • I conduct thorough pre-consult screening to assess for any symptoms associated with female hormone imbalances. I take a wide-lens approach including blood-work analysis if required, allowing me to consider nutrient support through whole foods, tailored supplementation & wellness practices.

    I hav supported many women manage hormone related issues such as PCOS, Estrogen Dominance, irregular cycles & PMS. I assist women to navigate fertility, Peri-Menopause and Menopause.

  • I have studied and worked in the health and wellness industry for the past 13 years both in New Zealand and in Europe.

    Originally an Operating Theatre Nurse with a Science Bachelors Degree and Post Graduate Diploma in Human Nutrition and Health Sciences from Otago University, I have the passion, biochemical understanding & the skill set to support women nutritionally on their unique journey. 

  • Yes! Anyone can begin their journey towards wellness and there are suggestions throughout my books on how to tailor each plan to meet your individual needs, regardless of how far along your health journey you are!
